The participants of the Erasmus + coordinators' meeting "Lets's challenge the future- Approaching new horizons to create a sustainable Europe"visited rice farms and learned about the methods of growing rice in the Cullera area. Spain produces about 720,000 tons of rice each year, while the average consumption per person is about 7 kg per year. The teachers also visited a regional confectionery, learned about local products and the use of chuffy almond.
